Booking
You can make a booking anytime before your desired pick-up time. However, it is important to note that our taxis are often fully booked within 3 days. Therefore, we highly encourage you to schedule your booking at least 3 days in advance to secure your reservation.
The driver’s contact details will be provided to you around 9pm on the day prior to your scheduled travel date.
You have the flexibility to make changes to your travel schedule up to 24 hours before the designated date. Please keep in mind that the acceptance of any revisions is subject to taxi availability.

Payment
Payment Options:
- PayNow to the provided mobile number.
- Cash payment to the driver upon arrival at your destination.
- Credit Card payment with an additional 3.6% of the total charge. Please note that advance notification is required to create the payment link.
Our taxi charges are based on per vehicle rates, not per passenger.
We maintain transparent pricing, and all charges are clearly listed. Except for toll fees (per trip) and peak season surcharges, no other extra charges apply. Peak season surcharges will be communicated via WhatsApp during the inquiry process or after you submit the online booking form.
Certainly. Softcopies of receipts can be sent to your email after each completed trip. Please make sure to indicate your preference for receiving receipts during the booking process.
Yes, please note that each additional pick-up or drop-off point will incur an additional SGD10 charge.
Currently, we only accept Singapore dollars (SGD) as a payment currency.
No, prepayment is not necessary. You can simply pay in cash on the day of travel.
During long weekends and holidays, it becomes challenging to secure vehicles due to high demand. Therefore, a peak season charge is implemented to accommodate the increased costs during these periods.
Certainly. Please inform us of your requirement during the booking arrangement, and we will ensure that all receipts are sent to your email promptly after each completed trip. We prioritize providing the necessary documentation for your claims.
Occasionally, due to scheduling constraints, it may be necessary for us to provide a different vehicle for your trip. However, please rest assured that there will be no additional charges for this upgrade. It is our way of offering you a complimentary upgrade, so you can enjoy your ride to the fullest.
During Journey
Simply remain seated inside the taxi throughout the entire journey.
Toll fees are applicable for both Second Link and Woodland Checkpoint. However, we highly recommend using Second Link to avoid traffic congestion during peak hours.
The journey typically takes around 2 hours, depending on the traffic conditions at the checkpoints.
On regular weekends, we suggest departing before 8 am on Saturdays and before 3 pm on Sundays from Johor Bahru. However, for long weekends, it is advisable to depart even earlier to avoid traffic congestion.
Tipping is at your discretion and based on your satisfaction with our driver’s service. As a reference, our popular drivers often receive tips ranging from SGD10 to SGD30 from customers.
No, eating inside the vehicle, even light meals or snacks, is not permitted during the journey.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to schedule a replacement vehicle for you. Typically, the replacement vehicle should arrive within an hour for nearby locations.
Usually, for same-day return trips, we assign the same driver. However, we will notify you promptly in case of any changes. For return trips on separate days, we will provide you with the details of a new driver (around 9 pm) one day prior to your travel date.
The selection of the border crossing will depend on the most convenient route for your travel plans and the prevailing traffic conditions on the day.
Currently, we do not offer Wi-Fi connectivity. However, for vehicles such as Toyota Alphard or Hyundai Starex, we can provide a DVD player for your entertainment. Kindly make this request in the booking form.
Due to the limited Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP), for clients traveling outside of Johor Bahru, we may need to arrange for a vehicle change (similar to a brief toilet break at a petrol station) in Johor Bahru before continuing to your destination. Rest assured, the replacement vehicle will be of the same type.
Airport Transfer
We do have waiting time charges, but to ensure a smooth experience, please provide us with your flight number so that our driver can track your arrival time. Once we have the information, we can discuss any waiting charges that may apply.
Typically, our driver will contact you upon arrival to arrange a meeting point at the nearest gate. Prior to your travel date, we will send you the driver’s details (before 9 pm) so that you have their contact information as well.
To ensure a hassle-free journey and avoid any unforeseen incidents, we recommend departing at least 5 hours before your scheduled flight or ferry departure time.
We understand your concern. However, we allocate extra time to account for unexpected circumstances. While you can opt for a later departure, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missed ferries or flights in such cases.
Certainly. Please inform us as soon as possible about any changes to your schedule. It is important to contact us the moment you become aware of the change to allow us enough time to make the necessary adjustments to your transfer.

No, our transfer services extend beyond Singapore and Johor Bahru. We offer transfers from Singapore to any destination within Malaysia.
Our service exclusively offers private rides. When you book with us, the price you pay ensures the reservation of the vehicle solely for you and your group. There is no need to share the vehicle with other passengers.
Additional Information
Please be advised that it is a legal requirement in Singapore to use a baby seat. We offer child car seats suitable for infants weighing up to 18kg at an additional cost of SGD10 each way. However, due to limited availability, we can only arrange for one child seat per trip. Alternatively, we recommend bringing your own car seat for the journey.
Kindly note that it is a legal requirement in Singapore to use a booster seat. We provide booster seats suitable for children weighing between 18kg to 36kg or below 1.35m at an additional cost of SGD10 each way. Due to limited availability, we can arrange for up to three booster seats per trip. If you have your own booster seats, we encourage you to bring them along.
Please specify in your booking request whether you prefer a Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard or Hyundai Starex. Only these two vehicle models are equipped with 3-point seatbelts to securely fasten your own child or booster seats.
Here are some tips for applying for Visa On Arrival (VOA):
- The process typically takes around 1 hour.
- The VOA counters operate 24 hours.
- Payment for the visa fee must be made by credit card; cash is not accepted.
- The visa fee is RM200 per person.
- Please note that there will be an additional SGD30 waiting charge at the VOA office for the journey.
